The New Hope Anglican Church Parish Profile Is Complete
GRACE BE TO GOD!
Because of our accelerated timeline for calling a rector by September, the search committee faced the daunting task of finishing the profile in less than 40 days. Despite the Biblical significance we can apply to the number 40, the creation of our parish profile within 40 days is truly miraculous. Consider this: the last parish profile (created when we were known as Christ Church Parish) took more than a year and had to be repeated because the parish had changed so much before the profile was completed.
The purpose of a parish profile is to give prospective candidates a glimpse of our parish life and ministry. It is neither a historical account nor a biography of New Hope Anglican Church. The profile is simply snapshot in time – a textual way to give our Church Body texture.
